Hey Y’all, I’m Kristan. I’m from Southwest, Georgia and have lived in New York for the past 15 years. Graduating from The Institute of Culinary Education; I have had the benefit of working in some of the best kitchens, the most recent being The two-Michelin-star farm to table restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Over the course of my career, I have cultivated a diverse skill set that embodies various culinary techniques and philosophies. My experience has taught me the importance of meticulous attention to detail and the seamless integration of seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. I am particularly inspired by striving to keep the integrity of food natural and whole to offer a remarkable experience without sacrificing value. My passion lies in crafting menus that celebrate the rich flavors of seasonal produce and reflect the culinary traditions that resonate with us all. I believe food has the power to evoke memories and forge emotional connections, turning a meal into something truly special. I aim to create dining experiences that engage all the senses-bringing a bit of magic to every plate. Making dining a sensory experience is a type of magic that takes up space in your mind.
